Jungle Love, Its Drivin Me Mad, Its Making Me Crazzay

We're freezin our asses off, even though we've pulled out the long-johns, stocking caps, logo-ed hoodies and scarves; yet we're not complaining. The noise echos around, we're all on the edges of our seats and the crowd goes wild! Body heat surrounds us, for we're all packed tightly, every space taken, on the icy-cold metal that we're sitting on. There's a loud bang as hues of green, gold, red, yellow, blue and purple are shot into the frosty sky.

A trophy is lowered from an helicopter and the lion is pacing in his cage. 83 kicked a field goal, 11 made some beastmode touchdowns and 77 one heck of a tackle! There's nowhere else to be, it's Friday night and we're in the jungle! There's no excuses, just be there!

There's a ring-a-ling from my cowbell, a berrmph from a gazillon airhorns and Fischer is yellin at one of the refs.

...ooh god I miss those days!

Good 'ol Louisa County. Cerulean lockers despite that green and gold spirit, a bigillion teacher work-days, and a big berly owl-eyed principal--yeah, it's best if I dont mention that one~hes a bad memory, not a good one.

I guess it never crossed my mind until a few days ago that we've got a closeness and we've got those memories. No matter how much you want to deny it, there's Lion Pride in our veins and there's a faint drawl in our voices...okay, so apparantly mine is noticeable!

They laugh cause Jess and I say Umbrella in a funny way. It's thee-a-ter and not theigh-atur. There's an appreciation to country music, and yess...we hunt deer, AND EAT THEM! Mudboggin isnt somthing out of the ordinary and there's nothing wrong with 5 stop lights!

Everybody knows everybody, everybody calls you friend. My road just got lines painted on it, I can drive 80 on a back, country road and and see the stars at night. Im perfectly fine with having nothing to do, BUT PARTY and I dont mind driving 20 minutes to the city for movie, dinner or lazor tag.

I guess that's just me...I'm a simple country-bumkin and I like it that way.
